BEHIND THE PRODUCT: When it comes to poultry, the flavor and juiciness of duck is far superior to chicken. Pre-roasted half ducks are new to our Kolikof Heat and Serve Gourmet collection and we couldn't be more proud of this amazing product! Sustainably raised on a highly nutritious, vegetarian diet, our ducks roam freely, are treated humanely, and are under constant and strict veterinarian supervision. They are never fed growth hormones, or antibiotics.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: We serve our half ducks with our delicious wild rice and Just Jan's Apricot Pepper Spread. Suggested vegetable accompaniments include steamed broccoli, or roasted cauliflower. Finish your meal with our ready-to-heat Valrhona Chocolate Lava Cakes.
COOKING & SERVING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven or convection oven to 400ºF. Remove duck from packaging and place in baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden with crispy skin.
