BEHIND THE PRODUCT: Coconut Secret products are too good to keep secret! What started as a mission to develop low-glycemic, gluten-free sauces and snacks turned into a passion. It took a lot of experimentation, but Cococunt Secret founders Randy & Leslie discovered that coconut sap is naturally sweet, with a very low glycemic (GI of 35), with an abundant source of 17 amino acids, minerals, vitamin C, broad-spectrum B vitamins, and has a nearly neutral pH.
