- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Score the skin of the duck breasts in a crosshatch pattern, being careful not to cut into the meat.
Rub the duck breasts with olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper.
Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the duck breasts, skin side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
Flip the duck breasts and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
