Long-Sliced Smoked Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. long-sliced smoked salmon
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. capers, drained
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices of your favorite bread or bagel

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, lemon juice, and chopped dill until well combined.

  2. Toast the bread or bagel slices until golden brown.

  3. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread or bagel.

  4. Place a few slices of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.

  5. Top with some thinly sliced red onion and a few capers.

  6. Garnish with additional fresh dill, if desired.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
