BEHIND THE PRODUCT: The Australian Wagyu Prime Rib is created using only the finest cuts of Wagyu beef, which have been carefully chosen for their superior marbling and unparalleled flavor. This beef is renowned for its unparalleled flavor, texture and marbling, making it one of the most sought-after foods in the world. The cows are raised in the lush pastures of the Australian countryside, where they are fed a special diet that enhances their flavor and texture even further.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Allow beef should be brought to room temperature before cooking. Generously season the rib with salt and pepper, then apply a light layer of vegetable oil to the surface.

Preheat the oven to 425°F and roast the rib, fat side up, for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn the oven down to 350°F and continue to bake for an additional 75 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the rib reads 135°F.

Remove the rib from the oven and allow it to rest for at least 15 minutes before carving. The Wagyu Prime Rib should be tender and juicy, with a savory flavor.
