"The veal rib chop recently received from Kolikov was grilled to perfection (medium rare) on Memorial Day, 2026. Buttery, rich, full flavor and allowed to rest before eating, it could not have been more flavorful or tender. I would not hesitate to recommend this source for veal to anyone!"

A New Kind of Veal Chop
"So delicious! Dipped the Veal Chop in a beaten egg, herbs de Provence, French coarse salt. After dipping, placed 2 tblspn of egg mixture over Veal chop. Baked for 20 minutes. Chopped a fresh tomato, placed on side of Chop poured extra virgin olive oil and regular salt."

Best meat by far
"Probably or not but this is the best place to purchase bone in veal chops. The quality of the product is 10+. I recommend everyone to try them I sent some to customers and they were in awe. I will continue to buy these and recommend them to family and friends Kolikof has some of the best meat and you must also try the Lolipop lamb chops."

Prime veal chops
"The veal chops were just as pictured. Very thick and tender. Delicious! Marinated in a little olive oil, lemon juice, thyme and rosemary for 4 hours and grilled them on the barbecue."

"Jim - sorry no 5. I talked with you on phone and you said you send 2 bone in rib eyes as a single mini-roast if I reminded you in an email. I did but the steaks came separately. Scallops were fabulous, crab was very good, veal scallops not tender. Happy Thanksgiving. Mel Eagle"
