Caviar Parfait


  • 1/2 cup caviar
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives, for garnish
  • Toast points or crackers, for serving


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Beat the mixture with a mixer until it is light and fluffy.
  3. Fold in the caviar gently, using a spatula.
  4. Spoon the caviar mixture into a glass or parfait dish, filling it about 2/3 full.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour, or until the mixture is set.
  6. Garnish the caviar parfait with chopped fresh chives.
  7. Serve the caviar parfait chilled, with toast points or crackers.
