STORAGE DIRECTIONS AND SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Caviar: Keep refrigerated. Store at 32ºF to 34ºF. Refrigerate promptly upon receipt. Once opened, Use within 72 hours of opening or until the use-by date, whichever is sooner. Serve as an appetizer with créme fraîche and blinis
Royal Salmon Fillet: Keep refrigerated. Store at 32ºF to 41ºF. May be frozen. Serve with caviar and accompaniments. Use within 72 hours of opening or until the use-by date, whichever is sooner.
Japanese Wagyu Beef: Raw. Must be cooked prior to eating. Keep frozen. Thaw overnight by refrigeration prior to cooking. For medium-rare, add salt and pepper to taste, then grill or pan-sear in a cast-iron skillet over high heat until an internal temperature of 130ºF.
Valrhona Chocolate Lava Cakes: Keep frozen until ready to heat. Heating Instructions: Remove from wrapper. Warm in a preheated oven at 350º for 16-20 mins. Microwave not recommended. Do Not Refreeze.
