DISTINCTIVE QUALITIES: Beef Marrow Bones are a decadent treat that you can now enjoy at home! Delicious when roasted with salt, pepper and herbs, these marrow bones develop a rich creamy and nutty flavor, perfect on top of crusty bread or toast and fleur de sel.

BEHIND THE PRODUCT: Usually from the femur, Beef Marrow Bones can come in 4-6 inches in length, and half cut to easily access the delicious Marrow inside. Also known as "Butcher's Butter", Beef Marrow Bone is an indulgent treat that is simple to prepare.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Beef Marrow Bones are best when lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, roasted at 425ºF. Roast the marrow bone side down for 15 to 20 minutes, until it is lightly browned and bubbling. Serve immediately on toast.

STORAGE: Raw. Must be cooked prior to eating. Keep frozen. Thaw overnight by refrigeration. Allow to thaw outside of the refrigerator for 30 prior to cooking for best results.
