Lamb – Denver Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of lamb Denver baby back ribs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F.
  2. Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs.
