  • 2 Olive Wagyu NY Strip Sirloin Steaks (8 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, and parsley)
  • 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
