Golden Ossetra 000 Triple Zero Caviar (Gueldenstaedtii) is a premier black sturgeon caviar. With a grain size that is an impressive three-times that of our Ossetra, Golden Ossetra 000 has a firm bite that offers buttery, nutty and briny flavors with a glorious, juicy "pop." The light and bright golden color is highly desirable among the world's finest chefs and caviar connoisseurs.
