What is a Tourtiere?
A tourtiere is a French-Canadian meat-filled pie that originated from the province of Quebec. A tourtiere can be filled with any type of meat, however, the most popular fillings include: pork, duck, sausage, veal, or beef, accompanied with potatoes, vegetables, or other assorted fruits.

STORAGE/PREPARATION: Place the pie in a hot oven at 350 ̊F for about 30-40 mins until reaching internal temperature of 165F
