The 0000 Caviar De Gigantesques, also known as Gigantic Sturgeon Caviar, is only available once every few years when nature decides to create it. These extremely rare, glistening golden-gray eggs are larger than Beluga caviar—they are the largest grain of sturgeon caviar eggs available.

SHELF LIFE: Four weeks refrigerated. Once opened, Use within 72 hours of opening or until the use-by date, whichever is sooner.
