DESCRIPTIVE QUALITIES: The dry miso seasoning is a mixture of red and white miso, that has been oven dried and blitzed into a powder. The red miso brings strong umami flavors, while the white is a bit lighter and sweeter adding a boost of flavor to anything you sprinkle it on.
BEHIND THE PRODUCT: Japanese chef, Nobuyuki "Nobu" Matsuhisa, is known for his Japanese and Peruvian cuisines. This dry miso is his signature seasoning, making its first appearance in his First Recipe Book featuring a Whitefish/Flounder Sashimi with Dry Miso.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: The Nobu dry miso is great as a salad topping or a dry rub on meat such as fish or chicken.
