Pre-roasted half ducks are new to our Kolikof Heat and Serve Gourmet collection and we couldn't be more proud of this amazing product! Sustainably raised on a highly nutritious, vegetarian diet, our ducks roam freely, are treated humanely, and are under constant and strict veterinarian supervision. They are never fed growth hormones, or antibiotics.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: We serve our roasted half ducks with our delicious wild rice and Just Jan's Apricot Pepper Spread. Suggested vegetable accompaniments include steamed broccoli, or roasted cauliflower. Finish your meal with our ready-to-heat Valrhona Chocolate Lava Cakes.
COOKING & SERVING INSTRUCTIONS: Defrost for 24 hours Preheat oven or convection oven to 400ºF. Remove roasted half duck from packaging and place in a baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden with crispy skin.
QUANTITY: Average weight is 12-14 oz. One package is enough to share with others.
