REFRIGERATED PERISHABLES:
Refrigerate perishables promptly upon receipt. Store caviar in the refrigerator at 32º-34ºF and use within 72 hours of opening or until the use-by date, whichever is sooner. Refrigerate all other perishables at 32ºF-41ºF and consume within 72 hours of opening, or by the use-by date.

Freeze frozen perishables promptly upon receipt.
