Creme Fraiche is a soured cream that is both denser and less sour than typical sour cream. Its high amount of butterfat offers the perfect compliment to the best caviars and salmons without overpowering them. Ours is made in the USA but closely resembles the finest from Normandy.
- Smooth & creamy
- Put a dollop on top of our blinis or crackers, then top with caviar or smoked fish
