Its high amount of butterfat offers the perfect compliment to the best caviars and salmons without overpowering them. Our selections are made in USA and closely resemble the finest from Normandy (brand may differ from shown).
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: We recommend any sturgeon caviar or roe, particularly our Imperial Kaluga, Russian Ossetra and Imperial 000. Also perfect in soups, sauces, and atop desserts.
