Golden Pearl (Albino) Caviar
So rare and prestigious, Golden Albino Sturgeon Caviar is one of the most expensive and most rare foods in the world. Kolikof Caviar is proud to be one of the few discriminating purveyors in the world to offer this exotic and rare delicacy.
This sturgeon caviar is an excellent suggestion when it is one's desire to surprise and delight the senses of both sight and taste.
Nicknamed, "golden pearl," and "white pearl," this prized caviar is harvested from very rare freshwater albino sturgeon that are farmed in the pristine, pollutant-free waters of northern Europe. This supreme caviar is soft to semi-firm and has a grain size similar to that of sevruga with colors ranging from white to bright gold. So remarkable and uncommon, it is only available periodically, and when available, only so in small batches.
Albino sterlet caviar is available now, and only in stock for a limited time.
