This finest cut of succulent beef has all the flavor and marbling that you would expect from Japanese Wagyu beef. This is an Australian Wagyu Filet with a wonderful finish that will please even the most discerning beef lovers. All natural, no additives, no preservatives. Antibiotic and hormone free.

BEHIND THE PRODUCT: Sourced from the loin, this is without a doubt the most tender of all steaks. Australian Wagyu is less expensive than their  Japanese equivalents, yet they deliver on flavor, texture and appearance. This is the ideal steak for any occasion!

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: For medium rare, salt and pepper to taste then grill or pan sear in a cast iron skillet then finish in the oven until internal temperature of the Australian Filet is 125ºF to 130ºF.

QUANTITY: Available as 6 oz. steak and 6 lb. whole loin 

STORAGE: Raw. Must be cooked prior to eating. Keep frozen. Thaw by refrigeration for 12-18 hours prior to cooking.
